Shipping:
Lucky Star Jewels proudly offers free domestic shipping on orders $95+. Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 businesses days from order date. In the rare instance that an item is out of stock/backordered additional shipping time may occur. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Orders processed during holiday seasons are subject to additional shipping time.
Free shipping offer is only valid on domestic orders, international shipping additional fees may apply.
Orders Outside the USA:
For orders outside the United States please, allow for additional shipping time. We are not responsible for duties or fees that may be incurred upon delivery. These are set by government and vary by country. We are not familiar with duties on a country by country basis.
Returns/Exchanges:
We are confident you will be happy with your purchase from Lucky Star Jewels. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are pleased to offer exchanges on eligible full-price merchandise within 7 days of the delivery date.
Exchanged merchandise must be unworn, in the same condition as received, with original packaging and tags intact.
Custom orders, personalized items (including the Eye Candy Collection), earrings, sale merchandise, and items purchased using a discount or promotional code are not eligible for exchange.
All exchanges must be approved in advance via email. Once approved, exchange instructions will be provided. Items must be shipped back to Lucky Star Jewels at the customer's responsibility and expense, including all shipping costs associated with the exchange. Lucky Star Jewels does not provide prepaid shipping labels or cover shipping costs for exchanges.
Lucky Star Jewels reserves the right to refuse any exchange that has not received prior approval or does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined above.
All refunds will be processed to original form of payment only.
Once an order has been placed online, it is ineligible for cancellation.
If jewelry is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, we will gladly repair or replace the item(s). To submit a defect claim, a clear photo must be submitted to info@shopluckystar.com showing the defect. Defective items must be approved prior to being sent back to Lucky Star Jewels to ensure proper care instructions were followed. Lucky Star Jewels is not responsible for normal wear and tear on items.

Care Instructions:
To extend the life of your jewelry
-Remove jewelry before working out or coming in contact with liquids. This includes: Water, perfume, lotions, oils, etc.
-Avoid any bleach or chemicals, as this can affect finish.
-After use, wipe jewelry clean with a cotton cloth and store in a cool, dry place.
-Store each piece of jewelry separately in individual pouches to avoid tarnishing or scratching.
